1. application for admission with information regarding the processing of personal data
2. personal questionnaire
3. scientific CV including professional and/or scientific work
4. a copy of a diploma of higher education confirming possession of a professional title of Master of Science, Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent, or documents confirming fulfilment of the conditions specified in Article 186, paragraph 2 of the Act or a declaration of the planned date of obtaining such a title no later than 4 months from the date of joining the recruitment process
5. a description of the research project, which will include the project concept together with a justification, information on the method of implementing the research project, sources, external factors. Candidates applying for admission to a doctoral school are not subject to a limit on the volume of the research project description

6. documented confirmation of scientific activity, in particular such as: publications (including an article for 70 points), work in scientific groups, participation in scientific conferences with a paper, domestic and foreign internships, awards and distinctions, participation in grants

   The condition for starting the recruitment procedure is for the Candidate to submit a copy of the publication together with publication data and a declaration that he/she has at least one scientific achievement in his/her scientific achievements:

   1. Scientific article – an authored or multi-authored publication with a minimum score of 70 points in accordance with the relevant list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences published by the minister responsible for higher education and science. In the case of a multi-authored work, the candidate must submit a declaration of all co-authors on their participation in the preparation of the work. The candidate's share cannot be less than 25%.
   2. Scientific monograph – an authored or co-authored publication with a minimum score of 100 points, published by a publishing house from the ministerial list in disciplines belonging to the field of social sciences. In the case of a multi-authored monograph, the candidate must submit a declaration of all co-authors on their participation in the preparation of the work. The candidate's share cannot be less than 25%.
7. confirmation of payment of the recruitment fee of PLN 250. The fee should be paid to the account number:

8. The title of the transfer should be entered according to the scheme:
   FIRST NAME AND SURNAME CANDIDATE_recruitment to the VIZJA Doctoral School
9. declaration of possession or lack of possession of a doctoral degree
10. declaration regarding a disability certificate, a disability degree certificate or a certificate referred to in art. 5 and art. 62 of the Act on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons
11. declaration that the person is not a doctoral student at any other doctoral school

Documents should be sent/submitted by the last day of recruitment until 11:59 p.m.:

1. via the recruitment system related to the selected discipline and,
2. in the original (paper) version: in person at the Student Service Office or via traditional mail (the date of the postmark is taken into account).
